We had planned an Alaskan cruise for our family of 14 well in a year in advance. Jillian was a godsend throughout the planning process. Trying to get all of the details (reservations, plane arrangements, hotels, shore excursions, etc. etc. etc.) would have been impossible without her assistance. She gave us options for planning and she was always available to answer questions. She went to bat for us on three separate occasions to our satisfaction, going above and beyond. We had an unexpected (but blessed) pregnancy in our family, so we had to navigate getting refunds from Celebrity and the travel insurance company for three of our group. She was a huge help in that process. In another instance, there was a question about passport cards or passport books. She checked with Celebrity and was told passport cards were acceptable, so our daughter with three children opted for the passport books for the three. A month before sailing, Celebrity sent out a notice saying they required passport books. Money had already been spent on the passport cards, but Jillian was able to go back to Celebrity and get a room credit for the difference in price especially with the need for expedited passports. In the last instance of Jillian's determination to provide the best experience for us, she had checked in with us immediately after the cruise. It was a trip of a lifetime, but we felt one of the shore excursions didn't meet our expectations. She again was able to get a partial refund from the service provider. Jillian is a gem. I'd give her 100 out of 100 if I could. We already planning our next adventure with her!

Jillian was truly amazing at planning our beautiful dream trip to Italy! She took care of everything, so we could relax and enjoy our trip! She didn’t skip a beat and was very detailed with everything we needed to know. We will absolutely be recommending her and using her for our next vacation!

Jillian was amazing to work with when planning our honeymoon to Mexico. To help us choose a destination, she provided us with a variety of resorts and a personalized video with descriptions of every resort, which was super helpful to give us an overview of the property, its amenities, and how it may suit our needs. She kept us feeling very prepared with giving us email reminders and tips and tricks in order for us to have the best vacation. Everything about our trip was incredible. Jillian was a dream to work with. She ensured that all our must sees were included in the tour we chose. Provided 4 different tour options, with accommodations ranging from modern chic to the true feel of Scotland (WITH all the comforts!). All we had to do was enjoy the day and when we arrived poof! our bags appeared in our room. No worry no hassle. Jillian also helped us with the new requirement for ETA when traveling to the area. So, easy to get completed. As well as tips for the trip, including reading material! Some very good books on her list! She uses the app TERN which is so easy to use and keeps all your info and her contact information at your fingertips. We were so happy to send her photos and text about our adventure. Our tour was simply amazing! Anna our primary tour guide was so knowledgeable, helpful and fun! There were 2 other tour guides for area specific locations: Isle of Skye and the group of Orkney islands, who were both wonderful. Everything on the tour went off without a hitch, exactly what you need on vacation. We highly recommend Jillian and we will definitely be reaching out to here for our next adventure!

Jilllian has been a fantastic partner with our travel planning the past 2 years. We went to Greece (Athens, Mykonos and Santorini) for our honeymoon and she " hit it out of the park!" We again used her this year for planning a family trip to Hawaii and then to Puerto Rico. Both trips were fantastically planned and communicated to us. I can never say enough about working with Jillian! I would not feel comfortable leaving the country without her, especially with all the new rules_regulations for travel. I watched many travelers that were unaware of requirements that were held up trying to complete forms. We were traveling for my Birthday. Our trip started in Isla Mujeres, took us to Cancun, and ended in Riviera Maya. Customized from the very start. Transportation waiting to pick us up with a Birthday sign and flowers all set up by Jillian. All hotels were aware of my Birthday and I had special little surprises throughout the trip. I had the customized app Axus for the trip as well. This is a wonderful app that allows you to track all of your trips but more importantly provided documents and an itinerary all in one spot. I could look at my flight number_departure time, names of transportation, hotels, etc. A must for any future trip! I highly recommend Jillian. Lifetime memories!

Jillian is an amazing travel advisor. She planned my very first all-inclusive luxury trip to Punta Cana and she did an amazing job! I had an experience of a lifetime and created many memorable experiences. I went there to celebrate my birthday, she even made arrangements for resorts I stayed in to decorate my rooms with balloons and flowers, provide birthday cakes and a complimentary massage! I love that Jillian listened to all my concerns and built a perfect package for my trip. She is so passionate about providing the best service.
