One of the most meaningful parts of my travel journey has been connecting with local communities and giving back while exploring the world. Two of my favorite travel memories as a travel advisor include: ?? Helping an Animal in Need: While visiting Antigua, I had the incredible opportunity to be a “flight buddy” for a rescue pup flying to its forever home. I’ve also brought much-needed puppy formula to the local animal rescue — small acts that make a big impact. ?? Giving Back to Local Schools: On a recent trip to Sandals Resorts in Jamaica, I participated in a “Reading Road Trip” to a local school, where I read with the children and donated books as part of Sandals Foundation’s literacy program. I also travel with purpose by packing school supplies through the Pack for a Purpose initiative — something I highly recommend to every traveler. Based in the Oklahoma countryside with my husband, our two teenage boys, and our rescue dogs, I know how precious travel memories can be. My job is to make sure your vacation is meaningful, relaxing, and full of moments you’ll never forget. ??
