My husband and I returned from a memorial trip to Switzerland and Italy. From the time we arrived in Milan airport until we departed 10 days later, our trip was most enjoyable. Melissa planned every detail to make sure we had a great time. The boutique hotel in Zermatt was charming, the staff most friendly and welcoming. Melissa arranged for a train ride up to the Matterhorn, what a great experience we had. We followed with a trip on the Glacier Express, it was absolutely fabulous, eight hours going through the Alps, Melissa managed to get us first class tickets for this spectacular trip. We arrived in St Motitz where our fabulous hotel The Grace was a short walk from the station. We would have to say that it was the most beautiful hotel where every comfort was anticipated and available. Staying at the Sheridan hotel in the airport the night before our departure was most helpful for my mobility challenged husband, the bellboy called the airport wheelchair assistance, they came right to the hotel and took us all the way to our departure gate which was so helpful.
